Thank you to everyone for arriving so early, we’ve arrived dead on time and are already on to our first activity. And so the fun begins!

Our children have arrived at Hawse End and have begun their residential visit including kayaking, rock climbing, ghyll scrambling and canoe rafting.  Hopefully they will get some sleep.  

We have been sharing and celebrating our perseverance home projects with each other to inspire us and learn from each experience. The baby gerbils arrived late on Friday 13th May, (they didn’t know Life Cycles finished at Easter), they are now running around and eating hard food. Year 5 will have a lovely surprise on Monday, as when we did our ‘Gerbil Maths’ last week they were still blind.
