The inaugural St Mary’s inter-house cross country race

Year 6 were the very first to take part in the first inter-house cross country around the local area.  Needless to say it involved a lot of mud and rain (and a lost trainer…), but a great time was had by all!

Congratulations to Ben G, Will O and Will N, the first boys through, and to Anna, Emma S and Lauren, the first girls to finish.

Further congratulations to Ben for setting the current course record of 2:59 over a distance of 0.5 miles – a target for all future runners to aim for!
