In the Early Years, Friday is our Forest School day. Forest School is a child centered approach around natural play. It develops independence, self esteem and relationship skills. It gives the children a chance to engage with the natural environment, the opportunity to encounter risks and overcome obstacles.
In Forest School, we love exploring the woodland, climbing trees, making dens, exploring with the mud kitchen, learning new skills and sitting around a fire toasting marshmallows under the watchful eyes of our trained staff.
