Climate control

Three members of our class have constructed and started to use a small weather station (disguised beautifully against the grey sky…) to record several different aspects of our climate.  Ellie, Lola and Charlotte constructed the equipment using rather poor instructions and have started to record the temperature (including the maximum and the minimum), wind speed, humidity, pressure and rain fall.  We are recording this in an enormous book which we hope to keep for many years to come, allowing us to track the changes over a long period of time.  This is all part of our work looking at several locations around the world and comparing different aspects of human and physical geography, whilst appreciating what we have in our immediate locality e.g. plenty of rainfall.
