The chidlren have been learning about Mardis Gras in French and have been celebrating Shrove Tuesday. The chidlren ate crepes and learned the langauge associated with this time. Afterwards the children then made Mardi Gras masks. The learned that Mardis Gras meant ‘fat Tuesday’.
